An exploration of the importance of jewellery as a family heirloom in Greece.
With this shoot we challenge the conventional notions of “beauty.” We do so by utilizing unconventional props that are related to the greek food culture, such as cutlery, glassware and vegetables, and by presenting them in unexpected ways. Sharing food, gathering around a table, is an intimate act that bonds, an equally important ritual as the bond that’s created when a piece of jewellery is handed to you to keep safe for the years to come.

What Zoe, the founder of Neso Jewellery said about this project
" Perfect cooperation with deep understanding of my needs and courtesy above all. Despite the distinct character of my work, Mika grasped the essence of my brand and complimented it by adding her own unique perspective. Very nice approach and a solid, structured presentation of the visual direction of the shoot. "
